For the past 18 months, I’ve been working on a browser game, called Imperial Ages. It’s finally finished, and can be played by anyone with an Internet connection. All you need is a browser.

Just launched today, Imperial Ages is a browser based strategy game, that allows you to build empires and wage wars, everything from the comfort of your own browser, without downloading anything.

Imperial Ages is a free browser based strategy game, set in the Medieval Ages. You only need a browser and an Internet connection to play it, and you can train or fight against 120 types of military units, from 4 different civilizations. Build up your empire peacefully or through wars, it’s your choice.

Read the story, or Play the game.

Cloned Meat

cloned-calves-cows Would Americans be interested in cloned meat? The advantage would be that they would get the absolute best quality for the money paid. Imagine the most succulent and flavorful piece of stake, being replicated and served to consumers. The New York Times has launched a section called TimesMachine, which allows anyone to browse through 70 years of NY Times editions, from its launch in 1851 to the end of 1922.

You get to see the papers exactly how they were then, and you might not be able to read everything as they’re scanned newspapers and they’re not all in top condition.

Enjoy!

Engadget Mobile has the story on the talks between Google and three major networks, Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint. Apparently these talks made Google’s stock go over $700 today. I’m pretty curious to see where all this is heading. A GPhone or a Google OS for mobile phones. Free calls in exchange of receiving text ads? The mobile operating system seams to have the best odds right now, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Two more weeks and all the hype that’s been building up in the last year will finally come to an end. Better late then never I guess.
